FAQs

How do I buy?

First of all, you’ll need to log on, Register and provide a few details and the type of holiday you are interested in. When you’ve then seen a Deal which you fancy you can ‘Submit’ an enquiry and we’ll then do all the hard work! Naturally this will involve checking with the Hotel and Airlines regarding availability, but hopefully we’ll give you some Quoted options to choose from!

Having selected one that may be suitable, we’ll then ask for a deposit and provide some payment terms.

Can I reserve a Quotation while I make a decision?

The answer is; only for a few hours! Payment of a deposit will confirm the booking, but the travel industry traditionally moves fast, and – potentially – holidays that we feature may be available elsewhere. (We don’t think so, but it’s possible…) Equally, some suppliers may occasionally sell out while you’re deciding, and of course we don’t want you to be disappointed!

Are your payment terms fixed?

They are. Payment of a deposit will confirm the Booking, but at the same time, our Terms and Conditions, (details here) will apply. These cover Late Payments and Cancellation for example. Of course, you can pay the balance before the Due Date but if you don’t pay the balance by the due date you will lose your deposit.

What happens if a supplier (such as a Hotel or Airline) becomes unavailable?

Firstly, we hope this doesn’t happen! If it does because of circumstances outside our control the booking will be cancelled and any money paid will refunded. We will, of course, notify you if this should happen.

What does paying the deposit guarantee me?

Your holiday! Once you have paid the deposit you have entered into a legal contract and you must follow our Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I’m not happy with the flight times on offer?

We act as the tour operator for the holidays we offer, however we are not in control of the flight times and cannot offer alternatives directly, (and in many instances they aren’t many options available as scheduled flights to the Caribbean are limited at times!) We will though, liaise with you directly and suggest alternative options should this situation arise.

What is a ‘Deal’?

This question gets to the heart of the matter really as it’s the reason we started the business. Quite early on we realised that with web browsing it’s now possible to research and resource almost anything your heart desires through the web – and normally you can find it on the first search page! This doesn’t mean to say that’s it’s the best deal though, (in terms of either price or value) or that a range of other options are offered.

Which is where we come in. We’ve researched venues, activities and facilities on the destinations on our site, and we’ve done the groundwork for you. The Deals we propose are – hopefully! – appealing and we hope that by ‘packaging’ relevant elements together we create vacations that meet all our customers needs.

What if I have a complaint, either during my holiday or after?

If you’re unhappy with any aspect of your holiday and you feel the experience you bought was not as advertised, please let us know ASAP. We will take any issues up with the various suppliers and deal with any issue you may have. If this happens while you are away, then in the first instance our on-site representative is on call to resolve any issues and get a resolution.

We are here to ensure you have an enjoyable experience, but we also need to know if things aren’t as they should be, so please let us know!

As a tour operator are you ATOL registered?

ATOL is a protection scheme for air holidays and flights managed by the Civil Aviation Authority ("CAA") and all tour operators and travel firms selling air holiday packages and flights in the UK are required by law to hold a license called an Air Travel Organiser's License ("ATOL").

As a member of the Trusted Travel Association (TTA) all of our travellers are covered by a bonded assurance scheme, and in turn we have our own t-ATOL number.

ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. Holiday packages (with flights) sold on by Azuzoo are always ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. (ATOL protection only applies to "with flights" packages.)

Do I need to book travel insurance?

We would recommend that you have adequate travel insurance whenever you book a vacation, whether with AZUZOO or anyone else; it's one of the most important steps in ensuring your holiday is worry-free.

We'd always recommend a comprehensive travel insurance plan, which would cover you against cancellations, healthcare, family emergencies and a whole host of other potential issues. Many organisation’s offer travel insurance nowadays, but do please check the small print and that everything you would expect to be covered for is covered.
